PILAR PROCTOR

Pilar Proctor, SHRM-SCP is a certified Human Resources global leader with a robust experience directing HR strategic programs and solutions aligned to business objectives.

She built her global career working in the US, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East for select clients and multinational organizations including ExxonMobil, Panasonic, Qatar International Petroleum Marketing Company.

Pilar successfully designed and executed HR strategies driving a number of programs including Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Succession & Retention, Behavioral Performance Management, Talent Development and Training Design, Leadership Development & Coaching, Expatriate Management, Mergers & Startups, Change Management, Policies & Procedures, Employment Law Compliance and Investigations, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Engagement, HR Information Systems.

She leveraged her across-the-board experience to lead HR initiatives in diverse industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, consumer goods, education, retail and legal consulting services. Her accomplishments include building the HR Function for Hayman-Woodward, Corp., implementing the HR Strategy during the ExxonMobil merger for North America Lubricants Co., and the “Turnaround” Project for The Vitamin Shoppe a.k.a. Nutriforce; establishing the startup Latin America HQ. for New Markets Management, Inc., and the Panasonic Latin America HQ and Training Center and several client’s HR automations, efficiencies and transformational improvements.

Pilar holds a Master’s of Science in HR Management (FL Tech), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Ind./Org. (FIU), a Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM) and a Leadership Development Certification (IOD). Pilar is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French and Portuguese.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Miami Society of Human Resource Management, GMSHRM, as Director of Professional Development (2016 – 2018) and Vice President of Core Leadership Areas (2019- 2020).
